This is an ongoing problem in Phoenix< digicamgirl >
I've found the same problem in the Furniture for Sale category in CL Phoenix. Several furniture and mattress dealers post multiple ads every day in the "by owner" category.
I have sent a link to the ads to absue@craigslist.org asking to remove the ads and/or block the posters, to no avail.
I have flagged the abusing posters to no avail.
I have requested that CL lower the flag threshold for such ads to no avail.
I sympathize with you katzchen. All I can suggest is that we keep trying. On the above steps. Maybe some CL staff will see our requests here and lower the flag threshold, or block the spamming posters.
These dealers should only be posting one ad in the dealers section, and maybe one in the services section.
These dealers are making it difficult for individuals sellers to use CL for its intended purpose. And making it difficult for buyers to find individual sellers, there are so many spam ads to wade through.
