Its been a longstanding issue that there is < NyanCat >

truly no good place for ads offering mobile homes for sale.

They are not real estate, unless the sale includes ownership of the property they sit on, but most are located on lots in parks, where if someone buys one, they either have to take on the expense and effort of moving it, or agree to pay lot rental. So they are a liability, not an asset. Similar to a timeshare but not quite as bad.

Theoretically one could offer one for rent, since the owner that is collecting the rent would still be responsible for paying lot rent, but that is probably not a common situation offered.
