UK language ads offer "rent payment period"
US language ads offer "rent period"
Plenty of US posters use "yearly" even when a lease period is not yearly. Why not use the UK version or even a 3rd version for both?

Also note this common error: rent period: yearly; but the amount stated is monthly of course.
It seems that for some sites that box is "rent payment period" -- looks like cc=gb makes that difference but it really should apply in the US too, not just UK=GB language versions.
