I was always advised to not make any big money moves. However, STBX has bought a new care, been on lavish trips, recently moved into a home that is almost 3x what his rent was before. He did a debt consolisation thing were you don't pay your bills and one of his creditors came after me, because dipshit never took my name off anyting.
I asked him to refrain from going forward with that event until we were divorced but he refused.
He also got his GF knocked up and is paying for baby. Now they moved in together and I'm sure he' shouldering the cost on that because she doesn't work.
Meanwhile, he's asking the court to stop my spousal support with this year (he's been sending me $1K a month,along with $1K a kid for our two). I have to think the court will see all these things he's done (and I'm sure there's more I'm not aware of) and it won't see him favorably? Or does this kind of stuff even matter?
