The "list" format is suspected to run afoul of filters.
Why no information about how the utilities are paid? Or the sized of the room? How many floors?
Did you include lots of pictures, including both of the outside and all the indoor rooms, multiple angles? Ones you took yourself, not stock from a real estate listing or anything?
