That T-intersection is literally the perimeter that delineates that part of Summerlin. North of Vegas is Summerlin; south of Vegas, which is where this townhouse Is located, isn't Summerlin.
I didn't make any mistakes in this post. I know that area well because I lived two blocks from this townhouse for over a decade.
