Today's performance had my stomach gurgling by the end of act 1. By the time intermission was over, I needed a toilet. First I went to pee, and didn't poop at all, thinking I could wait until I got back home in 2 hours. So I went back to wait in the wings for my entrance. But knowing I had some extra time before I got onstage, I decided to go back to the same bathroom to poop and it was occupied. Luckily, I found another solo bathroom nearby and deposited the contents of my bowels quickly into the toilet, wiped and left. It was very much like a diarrhea, but also quick and easy and what a relief. The tap dancing in act two was so much easier for me.
It would have been bad etiquette of me to poop in the dressing room bathroom, so I'm glad there was a powder room with a lock on the door for privacy.
