I see the new Japanese BBQ sauce on shelves< HeliosKorax >
Anybody had it?
Thoughts?
There are a bajillion BBQ sauces out there and interestingly I never BBQ. I sear stuff on the stove. I just have bottles I have been given. Sweet / hot.
I think it is insulting to the meat to cover the flavor.
