Most companies today want to use paperless billing. Save the trees, global warming, all that. Have a credit card or bank acc't number on file. They'll just take the money. A lot of companies will offer a small discount to do this.
Not my phone company. Oh, sure they want you to pay online. Because they charge a $4 "convenience fee" for paying online.
Maybe that's why I get my bill less than a week from when it's due. Hoping I see that it won't get there on time and pay over the phone.
