Guys set up a truck/display in a parking lot. I saw a video of a guy who went to one, just to see what it was about.
Yes, you get 20 ribeye steaks for $40. But before you get it they pitch a larger deal with chicken and other meats.
This guy only bought the ribeyes.
The individually packaged steaks were about the size of a piece of bread. And about 1/4 inch thick. By the time he cooked them they were about the size of a typical McDonald's hamburger.
They must sell enough because I see the trucks around. They wouldn't be around if they weren't making money.
