So...I know we recently had that complete fraud on Youtube get busted for lying about his daily intake of RAW liver. But I'm watching The Dukes Of Hazzard now and Boss Hogg famously eats two pounds of raw liver for breakfast everyday.
Would you ever eat raw liver?
I feel like, somewhere in my life, I've had liver. But I'm pretty sure its never been raw.
I generally do not eat organ meats...unless they're in something like sausage, scrapple, or that type of thing where you don't really know what you're eating.
